Any item may be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange or credit for any reason. It must be in the same condition as you received it. All return credits and refunds exclude any delivery charges. Yard Butler will replace any tool damaged in shipping. Please follow the instructions listed under Return Policy for returning any item.
The Yard Butler tools are the highest quality we can make and under normal usage will give a lifetime of dependable service.
Yard Butler guarantees all Yard Butler tools for life against any defects in manufacturing or materials. (In some cases, such as the Hose Reels and Swivel Reels, we have a more specific limited warranty, found by clicking here.) Follow the instructions below for returning a defective tool and we will either repair it or ship you a new tool at no charge.
Yard Butler cannot replace tools that
• were abused or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
• have worn out from normal use
Most items leave our warehouse within 24 hours. UPS delivery time is normally 3 to 10 days after you place your order. Depending on season and current stock of individual tools some shipments may take 4 to 6 days to leave the warehouse. Some larger items may be shipped by truck and take longer to arrive. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and provide you the opportunity to cancel or change your order.
At this time we only offer shipping to United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii by regular UPS Ground shipment. Items are shipped directly from the factory in Mexico to your home and due to customs and other possible unforeseeable delays we are unable to offer expedited shipment.

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning to request a Return Authorization Number.
2. Pack the item including all parts (in the original packaging, if possible). Please include the packing slip and note the reason for the return.
3. Make sure your Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package
