Shipping
Most items leave our warehouse within 24 hours. UPS delivery time is normally 3 to 10 days after you place your order. Depending on season and current stock of individual tools some shipments may take 4 to 6 days to leave the warehouse. Some larger items may be shipped by truck and take longer to arrive.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you and provide you the opportunity to cancel or change your order.

Satisfaction Gurarantee
Any item may be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange or credit for any reason. It must be in the same condition as you received it. All return credits and refunds exclude any delivery charges.
Yard Butler will replace any tool damaged in shipping.

The Yard Butler tools are the highest quality we can make and under normal usage will give a lifetime of dependable service.
Yard Butler guarantees all Yard Butler tools for two years from date of purchase against any defects in manufacturing. Rubber tires are guaranteed for 6 months. Replacement tires are available. Follow the instructions below for returning a defective tool and a new tool will be shipped to you at no charge.
Yard Butler cannot replace tools that
- were abused or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
- have worn out from normal use
Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Email Customer Service at customerservice@lewistools.com prior to returning to request a Return Authorization Number.
- Pack the item (in the original packaging, if possible). Please include the packing slip and note the reason for the return.
- Make sure your Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package
